What would you like to see in a website?

I'm redesigning my website at the moment. I need some ideas for features that I could add. What would you like to see?

I already have a video/article sharing system as well as a blog and some forums. I will add a flash game/animation sharing system as well as a poll maker. What do you think. How can I make these features great.
