I use yahoo messenger and msn, however theres something that doesnt quite work in them for me and its puzzling me,

When I click on say view profile of one of my friends on there it never opens a new browser or goes to it, its like all hyperlinks dont work, and im wondering why this is?

My pop-up blocker does that.
Before clicking, hold down the CTRL key, then click.

That's why I use Trillian Pro, works better than even the individual clients :)

I use Trillian also (although the free version) and I've been rather impressed with it. The big bonus of using Trillian is that it is far more secure then stand alone clients such as YM, AIM or MSN Messenger on which there are quite a few exploits running around.
