Must admit most Internet cafes are awful, not very friendly and too expensive. What then would like really like to see in an Internet cafe:
coffee
advice
off line chatting to friends area
Skype
webcam
music in background
etc.,
Anyway, I might be starting one soon so I am just collecting ideas so your raves and rants are all welcome.

Access to MWR, sure, um btw does anyone know of a good MWR site spoil engine, I'm already lost.
Free food, full permision to beg, actually a great cake shop next door.

I wont mention the reasons for this as board rules say this is a family friendly site, however my ideal Icafe would be:
based in amsterdam
have wireless alienware laptops
table service for coffee and other consumables
Bean bags for chairs
playing chilled music such as bob marley, eek a mouse etc

Sorry based in little village off Dartmoor, hilly and English. Same tons of water though.
Wifi yes, alienware yes as not made in England and laptops probably not due to theif.
table service yes as coffee is easy, will allow people to bring in stuff too.
Beanbag chairs cause problems with people with alergies and are not durable nor even robust, I prefer the big plastic ball chair for better posture and easy to roll around and deflate.
Music would be bring your own, play what you like.
