First, you have 3 rows that have 3 people, then it goes to two rows of 3; the remaing rows containg 2 people respectively. The second row goes from 3 to 2 (or 2 to 3)
Have to look at it some more...
Whether 13 to 12 or 12 to 13 depends on when you get to the pic.
